In 2010, the Western Region Municipality (WRM) launched the Tamm Centres, integrated government service centers that provide a whole spectrum of public services locally and instantly.

mamemo was mandated to create an outstanding event concept as well as create content that would raise public support to the new initiative.

In response, mamemo created a breathtaking event venue where performers brought to life the benefits of Tamm Centres to residents and businesses of the Western Region, including made-for-the-event calculations that supported how the initiative reduces travel time, car mileage, and carbon emissions, bringing out positive responses from the hundreds of guests and media.
